At LifeStar Coaching we work with clients in all areas of life from the most practical - relationships, finance, health and well-being, business or career - to the more subtle - increased self-awareness or the search for greater meaning and purpose. These 'loftier' elements of life at times get confused by the labeling. What is most deeply human and profoundly good about us remains so whether we give it a name that is esoteric, religious, mystical or anything else. The deeper exploration of these subtle realms is what Life-Source coaching is concerned with.
We all know the cliché - 'there must be more to life'. So are we living lives limited by attitudes and beliefs we fail to see, without knowing what really matters most to us? Are the things we live and strive for, day to day, what we personally hold and value as worthwhile? Are we leading the kind of life we truly want - for ourselves, those around us and for our world? Our Life-Source coaching programme offers a profound and sensitive exploration of yourself, your inner nature, your attitudes and beliefs. We do not teach or offer any kind of spiritual guidance; rather by using techniques and exercises of observation, reflection, contemplation and skilled questioning we help you delve deeply into the sometimes perplexing realm of your own nature and your deepest personal beliefs.
Through this coaching programme we seek to help people to know themselves and their purpose in life intimately, understanding the power of their beliefs, intentions and wishes; to help people evoke their deepest, finest dreams and then go on to actually live those dreams. We seek to help them get to where they want to be, developing their innate strengths to embrace the world every day with a powerful sense of purpose; to live lives filled with passion, grandeur, love and real magic. |

The greater part of my own life has been spent deeply immersed in the search for inner meaning and practical wisdom; in the pursuit and discovery of authentic spirituality, free of rigid dogma; exploring modern methods and ancient wisdom; ultimately trying to understand and live happily with my own self. This process continues today.
I have a profound respect for all religious and mystical traditions, and for those who pursue their journey outside the bounds of conventional faiths. Having worked in numerous countries with people from almost every culture, creed, race and religion, I have seen for myself that we face the same challenges and are all made of the same fundamental and undoubtedly sacred 'stuff'. Understanding that stuff deeply and moving forward in life in a direction we create and choose is the first truly conscious step we can take. |

On my personal journey I have experienced the most remarkable good fortune and inexplicable 'grace' - for which I am profoundly grateful. There have been wonderful insights and successes. I have also made many errors, at times not grasping fundamental lessons. Yet curiously, the best learning sometimes comes from apparent 'failures' and life has always kept me buoyant, moving on, moving up.
There have been many times when the support and encouragement of others has been crucial. Many times when I would have benefited enormously from a process such as coaching. I see this present phase of my life as a time to try to support and enrich the life journey of others in the best way I can.
What I bring to my coaching is a supportive and compassionate nature, a keen intellect, astute and honest observation and a deep respect, borne of the firm conviction that you and I at our best are astonishing, precious and noble beings. I believe the wealth of experience and the skills I have been blessed with and have developed make me well fitted for this work.
